How do I get to the hotel?
You are responsible for your transportation from the airport. Please consult your confirmation letter for additional details. Driving directions from Seattle Tacoma International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Bellevue are also available on this site under directions.

How do I get to the meeting?
Shuttle service will be provided to the Microsoft Campus from the Hyatt Regency, Bellevue.  If you are driving a private car please see the driving directions on this site under Directions

How do I reserve a hotel room?
MicrosoftEvents@dynamicevents.com  will handle all hotel reservations and cancellations until Friday, October 10th, 4:00PM PDT. You will make your hotel request on the registration form.  If you are canceling with less than 48 hours we suggest you contact the hotel directly to cancel at 425.462.1234, then notify us at MicrosoftEvents@dynamicevents.com

How do I stay in touch with my office?
High speed Internet access Cat-5 cables, and analog lines for local dial-up or long distance credit card dial-up numbers will be available for you to access your email during breaks. We will have credit card access phone lines available for you to call your office during lunch and breaks at the Microsoft Campus.

How will I know if my registration is complete?
You will receive a confirmation letter with details regarding the Strategic Architect Forum and your hotel accommodations, if requested from MicrosoftEvents@dynamicevents.com

What if I need to cancel?

Hotel cancellations must be made directly to Dynamic Events at 1.800.528.1668 (toll free) or direct at 425.895.1100 or via email to MicrosoftEvents@dynamicevents.com 48 hours in advance of anticipated arrival or your credit card will be charged. If less than 48 hours in advance please contact the hotel directly at 425.462.1234.

What is the cost of the Forum?
You will be Microsoft's guest for the Forum, including all registration and conference fees. Breakfast and lunch will be provided during on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Microsoft Conference Center. Breakfast will be provided on Thursday morning at the Microsoft Conference Center. The Welcome Reception on October 11th will include appetizers and beverages.  Dinner will be served the evening of October 12th at Newcastle Golf Club.  There are no group events planned for the evening of October 13th. Scheduled activity costs during the conference sessions and shuttle services from the hotel to the sessions and evening events will be provided. We will also provide transportation to the airport at the end of sessions on October 14th. You are responsible for your air travel, your transfer to the hotel, your hotel accommodations and incidental hotel expenses.

What is the weather like in Seattle for this event?
Typical Seattle weather in October is mild, with an average temperature of 60 degrees during the day and 46 degrees at night. Seattle averages 3.3" inches of rain during the month of October. We recommend you bring a light jacket/rain coat with you for the cooler mornings and evenings.
