This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices of the Third Annual Microsoft Strategic Architect Forum for Customers site (the "Site") hosted for Microsoft by Dynamic Event Builders, Inc. The personal information Microsoft collects will be used to provide the service(s) or carry out the transaction(s) you have requested or authorized.  This includes:

·         booking hotel accommodations, if requested by you

·         noting dietary preferences for planned menus

 

Microsoft occasionally hires other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering prizes, providing customer support, sending postal mail, and sending information about our products, special offers, and other new services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of that information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
