PCI & PRIVACY COMPLIANCE

Worried about how you will manage your attendees’ PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and credit card payment information for your event securely? A set of requirements called the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is designed to ensure that all companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. Dynamic Events has you covered as we utilize online registration forms that are PCI Level 1 compliant to collect their information. You can rest assured that your attendees’ personal details such as PII, payment and hotel booking are collected and stored securely. The protection of your attendees’ information is our top priority!

REGISTRATION SITE DESIGN & SETUP

PAYMENT PROCESSING & FINANCIAL SETUP

Money. We all want more of it, but when it comes to organizing the fiscal side of any event, organization is key. The experience the Dynamic Event's team can offer your event will put your mind – and your wallet, at ease. We can set up online processing accounts for all credit card transactions and work with your finance teams to open and obtain bank account information for easy deposits. During each business day we will monitor your site to ensure security and keep tabs on all transactions. Want to know the status on your conference? No problem, our monthly reconciliation process will update you on attendee registration, deposits and amount paid. Sounds pretty easy, huh?

REGISTRATION HOUSING/ACCOMODATIONS

Attendees are more likely to book at the event hotel when offered through the initial registration process. Period. So why not make it easy on them, and yourself? Our registration sites are fully capable of hosting our housing tool which will make hotel block reservations a piece of cake. The Dynamic Event's team will keep in contact with your hotel, making sure that each guest is set up to prevent any confusion upon arrival. We will monitor all cutoff dates and confirm all room blocking is taken care of to avoid attrition fees at all costs. Our Registration Team will monitor the database daily to ensure all reservations are made correctly, double check with the hotel for all confirmation numbers and find answers to all attendee questions. Then when it's all said and done, we will go back to make sure the hotel has billed correctly. No one wants penalty fees – and we understand that. Our policy will help save you money on accommodations for this event and the next.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT

At Dynamic Events we pride ourselves on the level of customer service and attention to detail we provide each and every person we work with – client or guest. With an average rating of 8.5 out of 9, Dynamic Events wants to prove to you we can keep a smile on everyone's face. Our specialists will make sure that all questions are answered, all e-mails are returned and everyone is happy. Or were not happy. We will provide a direct Toll Free number for Domestic and a Direct Dial number for International guests. These call centers will be staffed with the most up to date information and easily accessed for any questions. Additionally, we maintain and check customized event e-mail addresses with a 24 hour service level agreement. Plus there is always our 24 hour voicemail. 3 am and you aren’t sure if your hotel was confirmed? Get a hold of us and we will make sure. Just pick up the phone or shoot us an email.

REPORTING

On the way to a meeting and need the most up to date attendance list? Send the word and we will produce! With over 150 different reports, one is sure to provide the information the boss needs. Need something a little more specific? No problem. We can customize reports to show you exactly what you want to see – and what you don’t. Sounds pretty easy, huh? It gets better. ON-SITE SERVICES

It’s day of and we will be right there with you. Our trained, experienced and friendly onsite teams will make the conference flow exactly how we planned it and you want it. Dynamic Events will be available to answer all questions from you and your guests. The registration desks will be the “go to” center for all conference activities.
